JOB ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION
If a new job is, or new jobs are booked into your calendar. You need to contact LPC Admin and confirm your acceptance of the job within 30 minutes. Simply send a WhatsApp message to Admin, saying …Job with James on Monday 25th of June ACCEPTED.
Once this message is received, Admin will confirm the booking. otherwise, the booking may be re-assigned to another available Professional.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR CLEANING DAY
BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME
Plan your journey the previous night. Use Google Maps to Check how long the journey will take. Set your alarm to wake you up at the right time.
Check your job information. Who is providing cleaning products? … you or the customer. If it’s you, don’t forget to take cleaning supplies.
Take a pair of indoor slippers, protective rubber gloves and your phone charger.
WHILE ON YOUR WAY TO YOUR JOB DESTINATION
Once you set out on your journey, send a message to your client.
The message should be short and simple. Here’s a typical format used by LPC …. Good morning James, I’m Princess, your LPC cleaner for today. I’m on my way for today’s cleaning. Thanks.
It is advisable to send the message about an hour before the start time of the job.
Once you have sent the message, please pay attention to your phone. Your client might reply. It is important to stay in communication until you arrive at the job location.
ON ARRIVAL AT THE JOB LOCATION
. When you arrive at the job address, take a picture of the front door of the property to confirm that you are there.
Once you enter into the property, Send a WhatsApp message to LPC admin thus:
I’ve arrived. I’m in”
politely introduce yourself. For example…”Good morning, I’m John/Jane, a London Passion Cleaner for Tracy”
Take off your shoes as soon as you enter into the property.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE CLEANING
Once you have been shown round the property, ask the customer “where would you like me to start from?” Follow their instructions. Otherwise, Start from the kitchen, the bathroom(s), the living room, the bedrooms and any other room.
Professionally, clean every room by starting from the top and working your way down to the bottom. This is the Top to Bottom Rule.
WHEN THE JOB IS FINISHED
Once the job is finished and you have exited the property, send a WhatsApp message to LPC admin thus:
“All done. I’m out”

Cream Cleaner
This is a gentle but highly effective and safe cleaner. Good for scrubbing kitchen sinks, hobs, for removing heavy grease in the kitchen, bathroom sinks and bowls. Also perfect for cleaning bathroom tiles with heavy dirt and grime.
Cream cleaners are also great for cleaning inside the oven. Pour in a generous portion and scrub with a metal scouring sponge for best result. Wipe off with a kitchen towel or microfibre cleaning cloth. Rinse your cleaning cloth and continue to wipe off all traces of the cream cleaner until you see a nice clean oven.

Multipurpose Surface and floor cleaner
Excellent for mopping most floor types. Also perfect for cleaning most surfaces when diluted. (Do not use on TV screens!) Also perfect for cleaning bathroom tiles.

Thick bleach
This is a very essential cleaning product for bathrooms and toilets. Good for cleaning sinks, bath tubs, toilet bowls and marble or stone toilet floors. If the limescale is heavy, especially in the toilet bowl, thick bleach may not completely remove all limescale. Use Harpic 10x after treating with thick bleach.

Microfibre Cleaning Cloths
These are far the best types of cleaning cloths available for professional cleaning. There are lots of other cleaning cloths such as Jay Cloths, but they all rank far below microfibre cleaning cloths in terms of functionality and environmental sustainability. They can be washed and re-used for years and years.
They are excellent for :
dusting
Cleaning
polishing
Scrubbing
Mopping excess water
Always ensure you have at least 6 of these whenever you go for any cleaning job.

Multi Surface Polish
After dusting surfaces and wooden furniture, spray this on a microfibre clening cloth to polish the surface or furniture. This gives an extra shine to your cleaning and gives a fresh scent to the room.

Antibacterial Surface Cleaner
This is a very useful cleaning product that can be used in every single room in a property. It kills germs and eliminates bad smell. It also leaves your surfaces looking clean and fresh.

Toilet limescale Remover
There are so many toilet limescale removers in the market but this product is by far the LEADER!!! It is the NINJA of toilet limescale removal.
If the limescale is heavy, pour in a generous amount of this product into the toilet bowl. Turn the bottle facing up and squirt generously into the rim of the toilet. Allow it to flow down gently. Leave for 15 to 20 minute. Brush hard with a toilet brush. Do not be in a hurry to flush away the blue liquid. They longer you leave it, the better .
Flush when you are ready and see how white and clean the toilet bowl has become!

Oven Cleaner
This product is good for oven cleaning but please read the instructions before use. It is very strong, so use with caution!!! Ensure that the kitchen window is open before spraying. After spaying, close the oven door and walk away. You can go and do other tasks and return after about 20-30 minutes.
Ensure to wear protective rubber gloves and scrub the oven parts with a metal scoring sponge. Rinse off excess product until you see a nice, clean and shiny oven.

Glass and window cleaner
These usually come in different colours: colourless, blue or green. They all do the ,same job. Spay little at a time on the surface and wipe with a microfibre cleaning cloth.
SECRET OF A GREAT SHINE… continue to wipe util the surface is dry and shiny!

There are different types of limescale removers in the market but this product stands out.
Again, it is very strong, so read the instructions before use.

Bathroom Cleaner
There are different bathroom cleaners out there most of them are good. Ensure to read the instructions if using for the first time.
They help to get rid of soap scum, bad smell and assist in cleaning bathroom surfaces.

MOP STICK & BUCKET
There are
different types of mop facilities. use whatever your client provides but if th y wish to buy a new one and ask for your opinin, the bst type of mop in the market is VILEDA mop and bucket. it is tough, durable and squeezes perfectly for all floor types.

HENRY VACUUM CLEANER
This vacuum cleaner is pretty heavy but is arguably the most popular professional vacuum cleaner in the UK. It has a very high suction power and the long pipes can be stretched to reach hidden surfaces like underneath the bed, behind furniture etc.

FLUFFY DUSTER
A fluffy duster is a handy tool that simplifies dusting tasks. It is designed to attract and trap dust particles effectively sue to their soft and fluffy nature.
It is popularly used for removing spider webs from ceilings and corners.
It is also used in dusting surfaces such as furniture, shelves, window blinds and decorative items. Use gently to avoid knocking over decorative and fragile items.

SQUEEGEE
A squeegee is a tool used for cleaning window or other smooth surfaces. It has a rubber blade and a handle. It is perfect for quickly and thoroughly clearing water and cleaning solution after scrubbing glass or windows. Then wipe glass or window with a clean microfibre cleaning cloth for an amazing shine!

TABLE KNIFE
A table knife can be useful in removing tough limescale deposits in toilet bowls, bathroom sinks, and similar surfaces due to its thin, flat edge and strong construction.

Scraping Action: The flat edge of a table knife can scrape off hardened limescale deposits from surfaces like porcelain in toilets and ceramic sinks.
Cost effectiveness: Using a table knife costs little or nothing, compared to using expensive chemical. However, it can also be used in combination with limescale chemicals where the limescale is stubborn.

SPRAY BOTTLE (For LPC Magic Solution)
You can create a mild cleaning solution for glass and mirrors using water and flash multipurpose floor cleaner by mixing the Flash multipurpose floor cleaner with water in a ration of 1 to 40. This means one or two drops of flash in half a litre of water. Mix in a clean spray bottle and your LPC magic Solution Is ready to use.
